The "Polyglass VE Series" is a glass flake lining that achieves low cost, short delivery times, and high corrosion resistance. The glass flakes in the VE series are ultra-thin films ranging from 1.5 to 3 microns, with uniformity and minimal variation, and are high-quality corrosion-resistant materials free of impurities. By incorporating these glass flakes, the corrosion resistance has been significantly improved, allowing for a reduction in coating thickness. This is a single-coat system that eliminates the need for the primer, intermediate coat, and topcoat layering required with conventional flakes.
